By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Age & Eligibility Requirement

• You must be at least 21 years old to browse our menu, create an account, or place an order.
• We may require a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID at the time of delivery or pickup to verify your age and identity.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or void a transaction if age or identity cannot be verified.

3. Legal Compliance

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that possessing, purchasing, and consuming cannabis products is lawful in your location. United Bud Service does not ship or deliver outside of our authorized service area, and we do not condone the transport of cannabis products across jurisdictional or state lines.

4. Orders, Pricing & Availability

• All product listings, pricing, and availability on the Site are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order has been placed.
• Delivery ETAs and pickup windows displayed on the Site are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• A valid signature and ID check may be required to accept delivery; if no eligible adult is available to receive the order, it may be returned, delayed, or canceled.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment or point-of-sale providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

6. Product Use & Health Disclaimer
